Delivery Policy
We will endeavour to ship your order right away. Our daily cut off time for same day despatch is 3.30pm Monday - Friday, (excluding bank holidays).
Our standard terms are that postage is FREE of charge throughout the UK mainland for any order, using Royal Mail 1st class post. This has an approximate 93% success rate for next day delivery. *

Faulty Goods
On very rare occasions bulbs are faulty when they leave the factory. If a bulb we send you does not work for any reason when first fitted, we will be happy to replace it free of charge. We may need the faulty bulb returned to us though, so we can send it back to the manufacturer. Please contact us before returning any items to be sure.
