Our standard delivery service does not provide guaranteed next day delivery; however we do have a 93% success rate. So we would advise that there is no real need to pay the £6.95 optional cost, unless it really is important to you.
NB: Although every effort is made by us, Royal Mail & the couriers to achieve prompt delivery Click Parts relies upon the services of third party couriers, and whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word’ there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to.
This rarely happens, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Click Parts will not refund the £6.95 special delivery charge if the courier/Royal Mail has failed to deliver the item(s) by the anticipated delivery time.
Multiple product orders
In an order containing multiple product types we will attempt to parcel them all up together though on occasions it may be necessary to post some separately.
If this is the case delivery of all products cannot be guaranteed on the same day.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
