We have no minimum order size to qualify for this free service. A lot of other websites we could name say free delivery also but don't tell you till you are three quarters of the way through the payment process that they are in fact going to charge you.
As we normally post all items via Royal Mail 1st class post that means that based on the Royal Mails figures 93% of all our orders arrive the very next day so long as we receive the order by 3.30pm.
Overseas delivery may be arranged by prior agreement and payment of a fixed fee of £6.95.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation that the order is being processed. When we dispatch the goods you will receive another email informing you that the item(s) are on their way.
How long does it take?
Items ordered prior to the cut off point on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays will be dispatched, using Royal Mail 1st class post.
This means that something like 93% of all our orders are received by our customers the very next day. If the order is placed after the cut off point then we will post it out on the next working day, so you should expect it the day following that.
What if I want to guarantee next morning delivery?
We have a FREE postage policy on all orders, though if you wish to pay the costs involved we are happy to dispatch your order as a Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Our standard delivery service does not provide guaranteed next day delivery, however the Royal Mail does have a 93% success rate. So we would advise that there is no real need to pay the £6.95 optional cost, unless it really is important to you.
NB: Although every effort is made by us, to achieve prompt delivery Click Parts relies upon the services of third party couriers and Royal Mail, and 'whilst we endeavour to ‘keep to our word' there are unfortunately a few occasions when the Royal Mail or our couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to.
This rarely happens, but because it does occur, albeit occasionally, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt Click Parts will not refund the £6.95 special delivery charge if the courier/Royal Mail has failed to deliver the item(s) by the anticipated delivery time.
Multiple product orders
In an order containing multiple product types we will attempt to parcel them all up together though on occasions it may be necessary to post some separately. (Warning triangles for example are nearly always sent separately)
If this is the case delivery of all products cannot be guaranteed on the same day.
What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
